The 3 packages offered are:

PACKAGE 1:  Resume Review:

  • The Company will use company developed Job Specs to review all resumes that have been submitted to the organization for a posted position.
  • All resumes will be reviewed and a maximum of 5 resumes will be presented to the client for each posted job opportunity
  • The client will be charged 10% of the individual’s first year total remuneration for this service

 

PACKAGE 2:  Job Spec Development with Resume Review:

  • The Company will define and develop job specs for the client that can be posted with the job posting.
  • These specs will be developed through in depth discussions with the hiring officer and HR
  • Once resumes have been received, The Company will review all in-bound resumes and present the top 5 candidates to the client after an initial phone screening
  • The client will be charged 15% of the individual’s first year total remuneration for this service

 

PACKAGE 3:  Job Spec Development with Resume Review and Initial Face to Face Interview:

  • The Company will define and develop job specs for the position that the client is trying to hire for.
  • These specs will be developed through in depth discussions with the hiring officer and HR
  • Once resumes have been received, The Company will review all in-bound resumes and present the top 3 candidates to the client after an initial phone screening
  • Before the top 3 candidates are presented, The Company will conduct one face to face interview with each of the three candidates
  • The client will be charged 20% of the individual’s first year total remuneration plus any incurred travel expenses for this service
