Dan Perunovich, Managing Director, Research

Dan Perunovich is an experienced healthcare executive who provides operational management services to the healthcare industry.
After 15 successful years as a Chief Currency Trader for a large Banking Institution in the Mid Atlantic market, he made the decision to move out of the Finance arena and devote most of his time to the Healthcare field.
In 1989, he helped establish an Executive Search firm, The Park Group & Associates, which concentrated on the Healthcare arena and included such clients as Johns Hopkins, University of Maryland, CareFirst and Blue Cross Blue Shield Connecticut among many others. Dan was very much involved in the Finance and Sales positions and became very knowledgeable of the functions associated with those positions.
In 1993, he established TSG & Associates, Inc, whose mission it was to offer boutique-style operational consulting services to the Healthcare industry. His team of consultants assisted their clients in all areas of Health Care Operations. In addition, Dan’s team provided candidate research services to The Park Group, TSG’s affiliated executive search firm. Since Dan’s operational consulting activities served many of the same clients as the The Park Group, significant synergies emerged for both firms, and candidate research became an important core competency of TSG.
In 2010, The Park Group and TSG merged their organization with Curtis Hall Partners which currently services clients from their offices in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Florida.
The Curtis Hall Partners search team continuously seeks advice and counsel from a group of Trusted Advisors, who bring subject matter knowledge, thought leadership, and functional and sector expertise and experience to our executive search efforts and execution. This diverse group offers a foundation that informs our research and ensures that we are able to recruit from a broad, deep and highly qualified candidate pool.
